Tim Gallwey is recognized by many as the pioneer of executive coaching. He gives public and corporate open seminars with Sir John Whitmore, the author of Performance Coaching, through his company, Performance Consulting International, see . Next scheduled in London on May 19th-20, 2011. This workshop begins with a demonstration of Inner Game coaching on the tennis court and then presents principles, methods, and tools which are applied to the challenges of managers who also care about the development of their direct reports.

For over three years, Gallwey trained the managers of the Coca Cola Company in the skills of coaching. He has done the same for Annhauser Busch, IBM, KPMG, AT&T and other smaller companies. Each of these trainings were customized to meet the needs of the particular client at the particular time.
